POSITION:      Before and After School Teacher

JOB GOAL:       To design and implement a structured day care program involving learning and physical activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:           Valid educator’s license

                                        Current first aid and CPR certification

REPORTS TO:                    Before and After School Coordinator and Principal

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design a structured daily program for students attending day care that includes learning activities and physical activities.
2. Maintain written reports on children documenting medical, safety, and/or discipline problems.
3. Responsible for following the school’s program descriptions and procedures.
4. Communicates effectively with staff and families.
5. Responsible for the safety and supervision of all students.
6. Responsible for the budget and fiscal responsibility.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Before and After School, School Year

SALARY:   $24.00 per hour
